Darlene is a 20-year veteran of corporate America, founder and President of Suburban Settlers (a boutique relocation services company) and co-founder of Career Share. She attributes her career and business success to having wonderful mentors who guided her throughout her career. This inspired Darlene to co-found Career Share so she could give back and help young adults navigate their professional aspirations. She has a passion to help others make connections and find what makes them tick.
Kimberly Kafafian has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. She spent her career working for Fortune 500’s before starting Monarch HR Outsourcing four years ago. Kimberly navigated many career paths - nanny, table server, social worker and not-for-profit fundraiser - before finding the right one. She learned from experience what she did not want to do with her life and this fueled her passion for helping others discover what they do want to do. Kimberly co-founded Career Share because she believes in helping students, recent graduates and job seekers plan for a professional outcome that fits their life.
Nicole Martin has over 15 years of Human Resources experience both in global corporations such as Quest Diagnostics, McKinsey, and Unilever, as well as start-up experience at The RealReal. Through numerous roles, she gained expertise in compensation, recruiting, and learning and development. As a Human Resources Business Partner, she grew a passion for performance management, talent development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Rose Lang-Maso is a recent graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and History. She serves as a Digital Consultant on the Career Share Team and she is responsible for Career Share's social media, email marketing, and digital strategy for our career experts, speakers, and students. As a young adult transitioning into the workplace, Rose understands how difficult it can be to find the right fit - especially in today's job market - and is excited to help other young people discover and expand their interests.
Natalie Walters is a recent graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Multimedia as well as minors in Graphic Design and Spanish. She works as a Promotional Designer on the Career Share Team and she is responsible for Career Share's web design, branding, and digital advertising As a recent grad looking to transition into full time employment, Natalie realizes the challenges young people face going into the workforce during these current circumstances. She is excited to help her peers find their ideal career match and have fun while doing it!
